MA online salesperson classes
This real estate sales course consists of 40 hours of instruction which must be completed before taking the real estate state exam, which you have two years to take. A real estate sales candidate must be eighteen years of age and to be eligible for a real estate sales license. Our goal is for you to pass the exam the first time — but, if for some reason you don’t — you may retake your class series for FREE!* You have up to two years from completion of your initial course to pass both sections of the exam.

MA Continuing Education Classes
Live and Online Real Estate Continuing Education Classes Massachusetts State law requires real estate Brokers and Salespersons who wish to renew their broker and salesperson license on an active status to complete 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE). There is no real estate exam for CE classes whether you take our online or live courses. Our online continuing education courses allow you to complete all 12 credits from anywhere you have an internet connection! Check our calendar for course schedule

MA ONLINE BROKER CLASSES
Take 40 hours of pre-license classes. You will also have to have been actively licensed as a real estate sales agent and have been associated with a real estate broker for the last 3 years and worked in the industry 25 hours a week. Our real estate broker class is consists of eight real estate subjects, and includes an electronic textbook, using Modern Real estate Practice and Massachusetts Real Estate Practice and Law. Our classes are designed to assist you on understanding each subject so that you may successfully pass the real estate Broker exam.
