Live and Online Real Estate Continuing Education Classes Massachusetts State law requires real estate Brokers and Salespersons who wish to renew their broker and salesperson license on an active status to complete 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE). There is no real estate exam for CE classes whether you take our online or live courses. We offer both online and live CE Classes. Our online continuing education courses allow you to complete all 12 credits from anywhere you have an internet connection!
